Nestled here in Mackay’s Botanical Gardens we aim to challenge the taste buds by turning Australian native food into an international gourmet cuisine.

The restaurant menus incorporates ingredients from Australia’s bountiful countryside, oceans and rivers and combine them with native herbs, spices and berries to produce a true taste of Australia.
While our Café style menu is more relaxed it is still using our imagination with the wild flavors of Australia and the relaxed atmosphere of the gardens to give you the complete package with a Breakfast Menu that runs all day a Lunch menu, special functions menu and a high tea menu that is all hand made with delicate desserts, fresh made scones and or Australian twist to the cucumber sandwiches with Australian Rib Fillets or a Prawn Ansata sandwich, truly wonderful for the afternoon for two. |
